Warrior 2: Stretches your hips, groin and shoulders. Strengthens and stretches your legs, ankles, and feet. Builds stamina, balance, and concentration.

 

 

Tree Pose: Strengthens thighs, calves, ankles, and spine. Stretches the inner thighs, chest, and shoulders. Improves sense of balance.

Held at the scenic Kalama Park, our group lessons are designed to accommodate beginner surfers in a shared learning experience.
