Itinerary

Meet your instructor at Kalama Park in Kihei. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, sunscreen, and getting ready for your lesson.

Your instructor will review ocean awareness, surf etiquette, paddling techniques, board positioning, and proper pop-up technique before entering the water.

Head into the ocean with your instructor for hands-on coaching tailored to your family's or group's experience level and goals.

Catch waves together while receiving personalized instruction, encouragement, and coaching throughout the lesson.

Check In Details

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find parking, put on sunscreen, check-in, and get ready for your lesson.

Liability Waiver

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the lesson begins. Surfing involves inherent risks, and participants must acknowledge these risks before taking part.

Weather Conditions

Surf lessons operate in a variety of weather conditions. If ocean conditions are unsuitable for instruction, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Health Requirements

Participants should be in good physical health. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please inform us ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $25 cancellation fee. No refund given for cancellations made under 24 hours (or for no shows). If Surf Yoga Maui must cancel a booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your lesson. In the event that no reschedule is possible, customers will receive a 100% refund.
